After releasing a book with 58,000 words, a 10-year-old girl smashes her own record for the longest-written novel in history.

With the publication of a 58,000-word book, Hephzibah Akinwale has shattered the previous mark for the longest-written novel in history.

Middle-grade fiction author Hephzibah Akinwale, a student at Little Thetford C of E Primary School in East Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom, is the author of “Chronicles of the Time Keepers: Whisked Away.”

The fiction book The Chronicles of the Time Keepers: Whisked Away is 58,000 words long. Hephzibah, the main character in the book, has enigmatic dreams that appear so real that they could pass for regular events.

She beat 11-year-old Manikya Sanghi, the multiple award-winning author of “Wizard,” to break the current standing in the International Book of Records.

Hephzibah surpassed the record for the longest fiction novel written by a kid by overtaking 11-year-old Manikya Sanghi, the multiple prestigious author of “Wizard of Sansanadia,” who had written 44,000 words.

Not only did she smash the record for the longest fiction novel, but she also raised the bar for aspirational young writers everywhere. Chika Akinwale, Hephzibah’s mother, thinks that her daughter’s achievements will encourage other kids to follow their artistic passions.

Chika Akinwale stated, “Given that October is Black History Month, I think her accomplishment can inspire other kids, especially kids of color since she is a young girl of color herself.”

“In addition, my daughter was chosen as one of the top 20 youths to assist East Cambridgeshire District Council in commemorating the coronation of King Charles III, demonstrating her talent and achievements and adding to her beneficial impact in society,” the mother continued.

This is to encourage young ones, as well as the parents or guidance, to help their teens bring out the ideas they might have in their minds rather than imposing on them and discouraging them.
